Temple Newsam, Sunday 24th March, 11:00am. The hooter goes and around 700 people set off on their journey of 5k/10k/15k all in support of Stroke Awareness.
The 15 strong Sporting Influence team, including full-time and part-time staff, parents, children and siblings, began their run in fine spirits with a mixture of the distances being covered.
As the morning went on the runs began to finish and those left out on the course found the hills got steeper and the wind got stronger! By the end of the morning, all of the Sporting Influence team had crossed the line and completed their challenge.
A big thanks goes to every one who took part, supported &. cheered.
