School of the Week - Moorside Primary School

Teaching at Moorside Primary School and Nursery this year has continued to be an amazing experience for Mr. Doey. With the enthusiasm and dedication, the children have brought, every lesson is filled with energy and excitement.

Throughout the year, Key Stage 2 have participated in various invasion games, from football to basketball. We has covered teamwork, sportsmanship, and tactical knowledge. It has been so nice to witness the children's progress and enthusiasm during this year approaching every lesson with a smile on their face.

In the most recent half-term, we switched gears to incorporate a mix of dance and gymnastics into the curriculum. This change not only provided a fresh and exciting experience for the students but also allowed them to explore different forms of movement and expression all whilst preparing them for the Sporting Influence Dance Festival.
