This year, Mr Vitali has had the pleasure of being back at Long Marston Primary School. It has been a fantastic year once again with amazing staff and with children showing enthusiasm, commitment, and progress across a wide range of sports and activities.
Throughout the year, children have developed skills in various sports such as Multi-Skills, Invasion Games, Tag Rugby, Gymnastics, Dance and Netball. This term, attention turned to athletics in preparation for sports day that took place last Friday. Children took part in a number of activities that included throwing, jumping, sprints and long-distance running. Sports day was a huge success with children showing fantastic determination and teamwork throughout the morning. Well done to all.
Long Marston children have also been enthusiastic participants in our weekly Wednesday competitions in Boroughbridge. Events have included cross country, football and netball to name a few.
Well done to everyone at Long Marston Primary School on a brilliant year. We look forward to seeing what comes next.
