About Us:

Sporting Influence Camps provide fun, safe and active holiday camps for children. We are dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

We are currently seeking Qualified Teachers and experienced HLTA’s to join our holiday camp team. If you are passionate about working with children and have a love for sport or arts & crafts, we would love to hear from you.

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for Qualified Teachers or experienced HLTA’s looking for additional work during the school holidays.

The role will suit:

Qualified Teachers (EYFS, KS1, KS2 or KS3).
Experienced HLTA’s with strong classroom management skills.
Education professionals with a passion for sport, physical activity, or creative arts & crafts.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging sports sessions, games, enrichment activities, and creative arts & crafts workshops in a safe and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver High-Quality Sessions:
Deliver fun, structured and inclusive sports activities and arts & crafts sessions appropriate to the age group you are leading.

Inspire & Engage:
Create a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages participation, teamwork and creativity.

Support Development:
Help children build confidence, resilience, and social skills through engaging activities.

Maintain a Safe Environment:
Supervise groups safely at all times, following safeguarding, behaviour and health & safety procedures.

Be a Role Model:
Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and positivity, actively engaging with children throughout the day.

Camp Operations:
Support with daily routines including sign-in, transitions, lunch supervision, and collection procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate:

Experience working with children in EYFS and/or KS1/2/3 settings.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Confidence leading groups of children independently.
A genuine passion for sport, coaching, or arts & crafts.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Reliability, energy, and a team-focused mindset.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a HLTA.
Experience working with primary or secondary-aged children.
A passion for delivering engaging physical or creative activities.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Desirable Qualifications:

Paediatric First Aid or Emergency First Aid certificate.
Sports coaching qualifications.
Arts & crafts specialism or creative background.
Experience working in holiday camps or enrichment settings.
